Project Description

The Branson Estate was a substantial new private residence delivered on an undeveloped, remote island site. Its 11-bedroom brief combined the standards of a highly bespoke home with the servicing, guest accommodation, and operational requirements associated with a hospitality estate, requiring primary underlying infrastructure to be built concurrently with ultra-luxury assets. Every major component had to reach the island through an international supply chain, requiring tight control over complex marine logistics and duty-free material scheduling. Delivered formally under a FIDIC contract, the three-year programme required the architecture, interiors, infrastructure, and landscape to progress as one coordinated island development.
